Maryland Day 2016!
Fourth Graders spent the school year learning about Maryland geography and history in Social Studies. We celebrated this year long study of our great state by having a celebration...Maryland Day- a long standing tradition for fourth grade- and an excellent way to end our great year together! Thank you to the parents for helping us pull off this great day!
We had guest speakers- the Aspen Hill police department, and the Kensington fire and rescue. They taught the students about working hard and being a worker in Maryland.
We made many crafts, and played games- we also planted Black Eyed Susan's!
