All Saint's Day Celebration!
The fourth graders all read books about different saints.
They then completed research projects on the saint’s lives and contributions to
the Catholic Church. Students wrote a speech about saint in the first person.
Students then created costumes to look like the Saints. Our school celebrated
"All Saints Day" by hosting a mass, and having a "Wax
Museum" of the saints. The fourth graders participated in the mass and did
all of the readings. After the mass, we had a "Wax Museum" in the
Thaddeus room. The students brought the saints to life by reading their
speeches to the entire school. I am very proud of all the hard work they put
into the project and I know that the saint they learned about will remain
special to them forever.
