Science Lab- "Egg Drop"!

We learned how energy is absorbed by creating containers that would cushion the fall of an egg being thrown off the school roof! Many eggs "survived"- it was a great experiment to show energy being transferred by contact force!

Fourth grade made paper bag turkeys with Acrostic Poems written on them!

We had an awesome Thanksgiving side dish feast! Thanks parents- we loved the food!

English Projects: 

We diagrammed sentences- showing possessive nouns! 

We wrote Cinquain poetry! 

All Saints Day projects: 

Students made a slide with facts about their saint in computer class. 

Students also drew portraits of their saints! 

Happy All Saints Day! We celebrated All Saints Day by reading chapter books about various saints, writing speeches and dressing like the saints! 

Students participated in the school mass and held a "Wax Museum"- the Saints Came to Life!
