In Science We created a simple electric circuit. We leaned about a series circuit, and parallel circuit. 

We learned how to read maps- and find various locations/ land-marks in Maryland!

We learned about Hanukkah and the dreidel game!

Holiday's Around the World!

Students in fourth grade learned about Holiday's around the world. We "traveled" to the countries to learn about their culture, and celebrations. Students learned about Hanukkah, Sowanas, St. Nikolas Day, Christmas, Los Posadas, Boxing Day, St. Lucia Day, Ramadan, Kwanzaa, St. Stephan's Day, Eid, and Chinese New Year. Students got "passports" stamped at each country and took notes on the various holidays.
