Holidays Around the World!
The fourth grade celebrated holidays around the world in December. We "traveled" to Israel, Sweden, Norway, Germany, the UK, Canada, Australia, China, Saudi Arabia, the USA, Mexico, India, and Scotland. Students visited each country, got a stamp in their passport, and recorded information about the holiday celebrated. We learned about so many cultures!

Topography Maps of Maryland!
We are working on topography maps of the land forms in Maryland- including: the Atlantic Coastal Plain, Piedmont Plateau, and Appalachian Region. We are creating the maps with box lids and homemade salt dough. We will have updated pictures soon of the finished products.

We also said good bye to our dear friend Yiling. She moved back to Taiwan- and she will be missed by all of us! You have 20 pen pals waiting for a letter!
